Back in 2012 we needed some way to promote the Godfather Trilogy on TV3+ Denmark. Unfortunately the footage available to us at the time was too grainy to make a decent edit. We decided to go down the motion graphics route, using only the black background, B&W treated footage and one red element per character. We wanted a colour scheme that nailed the tone and feel of this famous trilogy, so using only B&W, with an occasional splash of red, we played with the puppet strings becoming smoke.
